At Riwayat House, we believe in satisfying our customers and making every effort to fulfill all orders placed. However, please note that there may be a few orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Service Team will communicate with you if all or any portion of your order is canceled. Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to cancel an order. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges incurred by us) if the order has not been processed. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out. In some cases, this can happen within an hour after you place the order.
Exchange and Return Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must keep an open box video for proof at the time of delivery, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Exchange an Item
If you want to exchange a product, please go to your order details and contact us to request the exchange. You can also contact us by email at support@riwayathouseindia.com
Shipping: The customer must arrange and ship the item to the address provided. Exchange charges will be paid by the customer. The delivery charges for the exchanged item will also be borne by the customer.
Verification: Exchange and return will be processed by Riwayat House only after the open box video is verified by us.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
COLOR VARIATION:
We do not provide any Guarantee on Color: Please note that the WWW.RIWAYATHOUSEINDIA.COM does not give any sort of color or shade guarantee on fabrics. For any complaints related to color or difference in shade please contact respective designer directly as we share the products exactly as received from designers.
We add many designs weekly, so we are confident that you will find a suitable item from our collection.
Damaged Products
If the product received is damaged, please do not accept it from the courier partner.
Non-Returnable Items
Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
